About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities for electronics products (DC, MF, RF/VHF, microwave) across Japan.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to provide customized solutions for customer needs.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and manage sales project progress.
- Report sales status and project updates to management at the German headquarters.
- Communicate and negotiate with technical experts at global development sites using English.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese communication skills.
- 3+ years of project sales experience in semiconductor, precision, or electronics industries.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (ability to handle emails and online meetings with global offices).
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and strategic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Science or engineering background.
- Experience in technical solution selling within the electronics sector.
