Region Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and deliver on long-term regional vision and plans for a 3, 5, and 10-year horizon
• Recruit, develop, and retain a network of world-class Profit Centre Managers
• Drive growth through organic expansion, green-field projects, and acquisitions
• Manage key business and financial expectations, including ROI and market share
• Strengthen influential relationships with customers and suppliers
• Promote core company values and business principles across the region

Requirements

• Extensive wholesale distribution experience with P&L responsibility
• Proven track record in growth initiatives and business development
• Strong financial acumen and operational skills
• Excellent general management and sales management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Accomplished leadership skills with high integrity
