Region Business Process Expert - Logistics

Responsibilities

• Support the optimization of logistics flows, warehouse management processes, and MPS planning activities across the Americas region
• Ensure efficient usage of core operational systems, processes, and data
• Provide expert support to resolve system, process, and data challenges across various sites
• Monitor data integrity and reinforce master data governance
• Implement a control tower approach to ensure adherence to core processes
• Support regional KPI improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Empower the Key User network through training and ongoing support
• Manage change and support the release of new processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and influencing skills to drive change and inspire teams
• Knowledge of SAP systems and business operations
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to perform in ambiguous and challenging situations
• Interest or background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
