About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform corrective, preventive, and conductive maintenance on HVAC installations, steam boilers, air compressors, and electrical equipment
- Review and maintain general refrigeration equipment
- Evaluate, diagnose, and repair equipment faults, including replacing refrigerant circuit components
- Resolve incidents and support conductive maintenance of technical infrastructures and installations
- Monitor facility installations
- Execute general industrial maintenance tasks including plumbing, low voltage, compressed air, and UPS systems
Requirements
- Higher Technician degree (GM) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with HVAC installations (Water Chillers, VRV, Autonomous Equipment, Fan Coils, etc.)
- Experience executing preventive maintenance plans and using GMAO applications
- Experience operating BMS systems
- Valid RITE and Fluorinated Gases licenses
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial boiler operator license
