Refrigeration Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment located in both the plant and the market.
• Execute necessary repairs on equipment following daily service requests from the sales department.
• Document all preventive and corrective activities in the SAP system via the data entry clerk.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on loaned equipment according to the established programming.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the assigned refrigeration workshop area.
• Manage inventory for the refrigeration workshop and loaned equipment following COSO procedures.
• Participate in training courses and assist in the creation of process folders and standard operating procedures (PEOS).

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria terminada).
• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician, Electrician, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in oxy-acetylene welding (Soldadura autógena).
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical components.
• Ability to perform analytical fault detection.
• Native Spanish speaker.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Refrigeration (Técnico en Refrigeración).
