Refrigeration Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial refrigeration and A/C systems, including multi-compressor CO2 packs and integral hydrocarbon cases.
• Work independently to resolve technical issues while remaining an active part of a regional service team.
• Communicate directly with customers on-site to provide professional service and updates.
• Maintain accurate job records and update customer portals using a PDA.
• Participate in a standby rota to cover essential out-of-hours duties.

Requirements

• Professional engineering experience in a similar refrigeration or A/C service role.
• Current F-gas qualification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to various client premises.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including standby and occasional out-of-hours work.
