Refrigeration Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial refrigeration and A/C systems, including multi-compressor CO2 packs and integral hydrocarbon cases.
• Work independently to resolve technical issues while contributing to a regional service team.
• Communicate directly with customers on-site to provide professional service and updates.
• Maintain accurate job records and update customer portals using a PDA.
• Participate in a standby rota to provide essential coverage.

Requirements

• Professional experience in refrigeration or a closely related engineering role.
• Current and valid F-gas qualification.
• Willingness to travel to various client premises.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including standby duties and occasional out-of-hours work.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
