Refrigeration Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and quality repairs of customers’ products including washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care during in-home visits
• Promote and sell additional products and services
• Meet key performance metrics and productivity goals
• Maintain truck stock inventory and follow maintenance schedules
• Communicate the benefits of Value Added Services to customers

Requirements

• 1–2 years of appliance maintenance or repair technician experience preferred
• Working mechanical knowledge including use of tools and test equipment
• Ability to perform accurate repairs on customer products
• Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
