Refrigeration PPM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-planned maintenance (PPM) on commercial refrigeration equipment within stores
• Ensure all contractual aspects and specifications are completed during maintenance visits
• Liaise with store managers to maintain effective working relationships and customer satisfaction
• Conduct full site audits and document all works carried out via mobile apps and email
• Manage and take responsibility for a company van, tools, and equipment
• Provide technical support and training within the PPM department when required
• Work both independently in the field and collaboratively with team members

Requirements

• Full driving licence (mandatory)
• FGAS Cat 4 certification
• Basic Electrical Training
• Computer literacy for documenting works and daily email communication
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar refrigeration maintenance or field engineering role
