Refinery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct the solid and liquid refinery processes for refined sugar production to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor process parameters to define work strategies and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Coordinate work teams involved in factory processes, solid refinery, and liquid refinery for sugar production and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and management systems regarding product safety, food safety, worker security, and environmental requirements.
• Plan, request, coordinate, and supervise necessary repair and maintenance work.
• Communicate process performance and deviations to the Factory Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Sugar, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the SAP maintenance module.
• Intermediate English language skills.
