Refinery Operator

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate and monitor the used lubrication oil refinery and pretreatment operations
• Manage the loading and unloading of trucks and the transfer of bulk oil products
• Conduct sample analysis and maintain efficient plant operations
• Diagnose faults in plant and equipment to ensure continuous production
• Complete essential paperwork, data entry, and record keeping, including issuing work permits
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work site

Requirements

• Experience in refinery process monitoring, including plant start-up and shut-down
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Proficiency in Mathematics and English for data entry and reporting
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
• Great attitude with a strong willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chemical handling
• Valid Forklift licence
