Referrals Specialist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cases for referral suitability and match them with appropriate law firms
• Expand and maintain the firm's referral partner network
• Handle inbound referred leads and guide prospective clients through the retainer execution process
• Maintain consistent communication with referral firms regarding case status, settlements, and disbursements
• Track Statute of Limitations (SOL) deadlines and maintain a comprehensive referral database
• Monitor settlements to ensure proper fee recovery and support revenue forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in the legal industry or a similar role
• Strong understanding of various legal practices and specialties
• Proficiency in law firm case management software, preferably Litify
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professional ethics, integrity, and attention to detail
