Referral Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the referral relations strategy to support hospital growth and service line expansion
• Build and manage a scalable referral program including communication channels and engagement initiatives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinary practices as a trusted liaison
• Conduct in-person outreach and relationship-building visits with veterinary clinics across the region
• Represent the company at veterinary conferences, local events, and community outreach initiatives
• Analyze referral trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor referral volume and program effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hospital leadership, operations, and medical staff to optimize workflows

Requirements

• Experience developing or managing referral networks, partnership programs, or business development initiatives
• Proven ability to increase referral volume and strengthen professional partnerships
• Strong understanding of market analysis, outreach strategy, and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and locations
• Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred
