Referral Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting
• Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners
• Nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions
• Act as the face of Alpaca Health in the field to ensure a steady pipeline of client referrals
• Track interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes with discipline
• Use data to guide time allocation and relationship deepening

Requirements

• Ability to be in the field 5 days a week
• Experience in relationship-building and partnership management
• Comfortable working in high-velocity, low-structure environments
• Strong discipline in pipeline tracking and data-driven decision making
• Ambitious and motivated to drive sustained referral growth
