About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit law firms throughout the territory to develop relationships and present value propositions
- Organize and plan daily/weekly schedules including meetings, follow-up calls, and emails
- Prospect and meet with firms daily in-person to acquire leads
- Maintain engagement with all active and prospective referral partners
- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals and expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of Business Development or Account Management experience
- Previous experience in Legal Sales preferred
- Established relationships with Personal Injury (PI) firms in the area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use financial data to inform decisions
