About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with potential referral partners such as doctors, clinics, insurance, and other stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners to ensure smooth communication and efficient patient flow
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies to expand reach and increase hospital referrals
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide input to improve services and referral processes
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Achieve and exceed set referral targets with a focus on sustainable growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management within the healthcare industry
- Good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, referral processes, and industry stakeholders
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle (manual/automatic)
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of success
- Willingness to travel out of town
- Familiarity with CRM software and relevant analytical tools
- Willingness to be placed at Siloam Hospitals Surabaya
