Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate practice group in a collaborative and international environment
• Work closely with experienced lawyers and other practice groups on business-critical mandates
• Contribute to legal research and the preparation of complex corporate matters

Requirements

• Completion of the First State Examination in Law with above-average success
• Excellent English language skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and legal creativity
