REEV Function Integration & Software Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of powertrain and drive system integration for all-electric pick-up trucks and rugged SUVs
• Review software functions and identify gaps or improvement opportunities within assigned feature scope
• Execute and coordinate drive system integration and testing plans
• Collaborate with concept architects, calibration, and testing teams to support issue resolution
• Coordinate prototype and serial development activities including software availability and test planning
• Perform hands-on prototyping and building from initial operation to software implementation
• Independently manage assigned REEV feature scope through integration and release milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, IT systems, or Engineering Technology (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in concept engineering or serial development in the automotive industry
• Experience in software and function development and integration processes for drive systems
• Advanced project steering and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms/variants and module selection/modification
• Passion for electric vehicle technical design and hands-on testing
