Reel Breakdown

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules to determine required reel inventory for the shift
• Paint and stencil returned wood reels to meet appearance requirements for extrusion lines
• Build and assemble new reels when inventory is insufficient to maintain production
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area
• Complete necessary paperwork to ensure accurate inventory transactions
• Follow all company safety guidelines and requirements

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience operating forklifts or other lift equipment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights
• Ability to move between areas by stepping over or bending under objects

• Competitive starting pay of $19.00 per hour
• Sign-on bonus: $500 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days
