Reefsleep Host

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across all overnight Reefsleep glamping experiences
• Support the delivery of the Reefworld guest journey and daily itinerary
• Assist with food and beverage service at all guest touchpoints
• Maintain high accommodation presentation and housekeeping standards
• Adhere to all schedules, procedures, and WHS requirements
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for guests
• Collect guest feedback to contribute to Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in guest accommodation or rooms division management
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID015 Provide CPR & Oxygen Resuscitation
• SITSS00016 Food Safety Supervisor certification
• Elements of Shipboard Safety certification
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National police clearance
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Leadership (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
