Reefscape Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project team and suppliers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
• Assist with the preparation of strategic reporting, presentations, and documentation
• Streamline data collection and presentation for decision-making
• Support the development of dashboards, tracking tools, or progress reports for KPIs
• Produce operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a project performance database to track milestones
• Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency
• Serve as a point of communication between teams and external resources

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination within a medium to large enterprise
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
• Experience producing reports or dashboards to monitor performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
