Redemptions Operations Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Redemptions Manager in overseeing end-to-end redemption processes, including reprints and vendor relations
• Supervise and lead the Redemptions Team to ensure daily operational efficiency and high-quality results
• Provide guidance, training, and monthly re-training sessions to team members
• Manage customer service and internal/external escalations regarding redemption statuses
• Lead special projects and backlog reduction initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
• Monitor team performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure data integrity in AirTable, NCF, and other management systems
• Collaborate on process improvements, cost-saving strategies, and Kaizen initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or similar preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Management Consulting, Project Management, Strategy, Finance, Accounting, or Biz Ops
• Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment
• Strong understanding of redemption processes and vendor management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and track KPIs
• Familiarity with AirTable or NCF preferred
