Responsibilities

• Create creative concepts for advertising campaigns
• Develop slogans, headlines, manifestos, and other communication pieces
• Build, apply, and maintain brand voice
• Produce content for online and offline channels including social media, POS, radio, TV, and digital campaigns
• Participate in brainstormings and creative development processes
• Partner with Art Directors on campaign execution
• Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of texts with communication strategies
• Adapt content for different formats, audiences, and channels

Requirements

• Experience in advertising creation and campaign development
• Experience building creative concepts and brand narratives
• Experience producing content for various communication channels and formats
• Experience developing advertising copy for institutional, promotional, and digital campaigns
• Updated portfolio containing relevant campaigns, creative pieces, and cases
• Mastery of the Portuguese language and advertising copywriting techniques
• Knowledge of storytelling, brand voice construction, and brand narrative

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience with text revision and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content production
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and consumer behavior
