Red Team Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop penetration testing and red team operations capabilities to validate the security of critical systems
• Perform reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development
• Rapidly craft new scripts and capabilities to support active red team operations
• Collaborate with expert operations teams to ensure mission-aligned design and development of long-term capabilities
• Leverage C2 tools like Cobalt Strike to deliver integrated capabilities for mission objectives

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Ability to pass the Red Team Developer Aptitude test prior to onboarding
• 5+ years of combined experience in software development, systems engineering, or cyber operations
• 1+ years of experience with C, C++, or C# software development
• Expertise in offensive cyber operations capability development for Windows
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (OCONUS/CONUS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with Command and Control (C2) frameworks, specifically Cobalt Strike
• Knowledge of advanced offensive cyber techniques, such as AV evasion and ASLR mitigation
