About the role
Responsibilities
- Devise and execute sophisticated, multi-stage attack campaigns emulating real-world threat actor TTPs
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities across digital and physical landscapes, including networks, applications, and facilities
- Conduct covert red team operations, including network penetration testing, social engineering, and physical security simulations
- Lead purple team exercises to collaborate with the blue team on improving detection and incident response
- Develop custom tooling and scripts to automate and enhance attack simulations
- Create detailed post-engagement reports documenting findings and providing actionable remediation recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an offensive security role (e.g., Red Teaming, Penetration Testing)
- Proven experience in planning and executing covert red team operations
- Deep understanding of attacker TTPs and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, for automation
- Hands-on experience with offensive security tools like Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, or Burp Suite
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status (required for export control compliance)
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or OSEP
- Experience conducting physical security assessments or social engineering campaigns
- Previous experience building and managing a formal red team program
