Red Team Exploit Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop offensive capabilities, including exploits, shellcode, and methods for bypassing mitigations
• Conduct malware development, analysis, and software vulnerability research
• Perform dynamic analysis of software and systems
• Work within an agile/scrum environment to deliver high-quality security tools

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• 4+ years of overall technical experience, including at least 2+ years in software development
• Proficiency in C and C#
• 1+ years of experience in offensive capability development for Windows environments
• 1+ years of experience working in an agile/scrum environment
• Ability to pass the Advanced Cyber Red Team senior developer aptitude test
• Ability to travel up to 15% OCONUS and CONUS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C2 frameworks, specifically Cobalt Strike
• Expertise in AV/EDR evasion techniques
• Experience developing Windows kernel modules and familiarity with Windows Active Directory
• Strong familiarity with Windows API/Win32 modules for tool development
• Experience with binary disassembly, decomplication, and network/communication protocol analysis
• Background in host-based or network-based forensics, incident response, or defensive cyber operations
