About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations at the Batemans Bay Depot
- Manage and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Support customers with the use of Return and Earn machines
- Ensure the site remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Coach team members and solve operational problems on the spot
- Maintain a high-energy and organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a people leadership role
- Proven experience in customer service
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and general IT skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a full-time roster including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week
