Responsibilities

• Supervision on-site to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan
• Verify correct use of collective and individual protective equipment
• Identify potential risks during activities and propose preventive measures
• Supervise and maintain updated health and safety documentation
• Ensure workers are informed of applicable safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Basic Occupational Risk Prevention course (60 hours)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Preventive Resource on construction sites
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Native Spanish speaker
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
