Recruitment/Administration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage high-quality nursing candidates to grow the casual workforce
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening through to onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet client demand
• Partner with the Operations team to match candidates with suitable opportunities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors
• Background in workforce staffing or medical recruitment
