Recruitment Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement high-volume recruitment strategies for Southfield and Grand Rapids locations
• Manage and develop a recruitment team, providing training to maximize efficiency and meet KPIs
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Track key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality of hire and process efficiency
• Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring for Game Presenter roles
• Manage recruitment vendors and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality service delivery
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment leadership experience
• Proven expertise in high-volume and mass recruitment
• Strong knowledge of the US labor market and recruitment channels
• Proficiency in SmartRecruiters or similar ATS, MS Suite, and social media tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance against KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality or gaming industries
• Proven track record in employer branding and recruitment marketing
