Recruitment Support

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand talent needs and build hiring plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial briefing to signed offers.
• Source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels, including technical school outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates using a structured and fair approach.
• Advise leaders on role profiles, market insights, and selection strategies.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and global standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with HRIS or ATS tools (Workday experience is a plus).
• Ability to work onsite in Broken Arrow, OK.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to working in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically or locally.
