Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze recruitment needs
- Write and publish attractive job advertisements
- Search for candidates on job boards and social networks
- Develop new sourcing methods
- Qualify engineering candidates and evaluate HR aspects
- Schedule interviews and manage technical tests
- Follow up on the candidate pipeline until contract signature
- Participate in school forums and partner job fairs
Requirements
- Student in Business School, Engineering School, or University
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship of at least 4 months
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening abilities
- Rigorous and organized
- Curious, creative, and driven by challenges
