About the role
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule pre-employment testing
- Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
- Post job openings on ATS and job boards
- Guide shortlisted candidates through the application process
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to active candidates
Requirements
- 1-2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or related field
- Experience recruiting technical specialists, field/trades personnel, and professionals
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience conducting behavioural-based interviews
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- RPR designation
