Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, offer management, and pre-boarding
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes aligned with business needs
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and talent communities
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across Sub-Saharan Africa
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience to strengthen the employer brand and Employee Value Proposition
• Drive continuous improvement by utilizing digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams to ensure alignment with global Talent Acquisition practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and disciplines
• Experience conducting competency-based, behavioral, and structured interviews
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and professional channels such as LinkedIn
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based HR systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French is a strong advantage
• Experience with assessment tools and psychometric testing
