About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, offer management, and pre-boarding
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes aligned with business needs
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and talent communities
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience to strengthen the employer brand and Employee Value Proposition
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and leverage data to improve effectiveness and decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement through digital tools, automation, and agile working methods
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams to ensure alignment with global Talent Acquisition practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and disciplines
  • Experience conducting competency-based, behavioral, and structured interviews
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and professional channels like LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools
  • Fluency in French is considered a strong advantage
