About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports
