Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales agents, and support staff
• Handle hiring requirements for multiple departments including operations, HR, finance, and marketing
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the full hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals and corporate talent
• Work closely with management and department heads to understand specific hiring needs
• Handle onboarding and documentation for all new hires
• Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience within the UAE
• Mandatory experience in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment
• Proven track record of hiring both real estate brokers and corporate staff
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and hiring practices
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
