Responsibilities

• Source and manage candidate pipelines via the Qode platform
• Support business development by identifying leads and assisting sales strategies
• Support account management to maintain client relationships
• Contribute to marketing initiatives including content and social media
• Help organize events to boost brand visibility
• Collaborate across teams and switch context fluidly based on shifting priorities
• Stay current on AI and recruitment trends

Requirements

• True generalist mindset with high adaptability
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• AI-savvy and tech-savvy with interest in AI technologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or marketing within tech/SaaS
