Recruitment Projects and Analytics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and manage digitalization projects for the recruitment process in coordination with IT
• Identify opportunities to optimize selection times, quality, and productivity
• Analyze recruitment data and indicators to generate insights and develop dashboards
• Coordinate the implementation of new tools and methodologies, ensuring objective fulfillment
• Monitor the performance of implemented initiatives and propose continuous improvement solutions
• Train and advise the recruitment team on analytics, new tools, and updated processes
• Ensure process standardization and compliance with key indicators such as coverage time and hiring quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or related areas
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of information and indicator analysis
• Experience or knowledge in digitalization projects
• Solid understanding of recruitment and selection methodologies
