Responsibilities

  • Own and manage recruitment projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and timelines
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and translate them into hiring plans
  • Coordinate with recruiters, sourcers, and external partners to drive recruitment execution
  • Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and project progress; provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps and implement strategies to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across teams
  • Drive recruitment governance, reporting, and adherence to SLAs
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Handle escalations and proactively mitigate risks impacting hiring delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or Recruitment Program/Project Management
  • Experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent hiring programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global teams and offshore/onshore recruitment models
  • Exposure to RPO or consulting environments
  • PMP, Agile, or project management certifications
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and recruitment reporting tools
