Recruitment Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across Norway, Sweden, and Finland
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and define job profiles
• Create and publish job advertisements and contribute to attractive candidate journeys
• Conduct screening, selection, and assessment of candidates
• Advise and support managers throughout the recruitment process
• Assist Area Managers with the recruitment of Store Managers
• Handle reference checks, offer processes, and contract administration
• Ensure good onboarding and administration in the HR system
• Analyze recruitment data and identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate the development and standardization of recruitment processes across countries
• Assist the HR team with various HR projects and operational tasks

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience driving complete recruitment processes
• Ability to build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders
• Experience with ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
• Good communication skills in English and Norwegian
• Experience from retail or high-volume service environments is an advantage
