About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across Norway, Sweden, and Finland
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and define job profiles
- Create and publish job advertisements and contribute to attractive candidate journeys
- Conduct screening, selection, and assessment of candidates
- Advise and support managers throughout the recruitment process
- Assist Area Managers with the recruitment of Store Managers
- Handle reference checks, offer processes, and contract administration
- Ensure good onboarding and administration in the HR system
- Analyze recruitment data and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate the development and standardization of recruitment processes across countries
- Assist the HR team with various HR projects and operational tasks
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience driving complete recruitment processes
- Ability to build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders
- Experience with ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
- Good communication skills in English and Norwegian
- Experience from retail or high-volume service environments is an advantage
About the Company
