Recruitment Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead full end-to-end recruitment across Bulgaria and additional EMEA locations, managing sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding.
• Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines for sales, research, technology, and operations functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent requirements and translate market insights into effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize and improve AI-enabled, data-driven recruitment processes and technology stacks.
• Act as a commercial talent advisor, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive innovation by bringing external market intelligence and benchmarking into recruitment practices.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in 360-degree recruiting roles within financial services or corporate organizations.
• Proven ability to deliver results across multiple markets and functions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing technology, job boards, and social media platforms to attract passive talent.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making using recruitment metrics and insights.
• Fluency in English is essential.
