About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders to deliver a consultative recruitment service
- Conduct comprehensive intake briefings for all requisitions using market knowledge and talent insights
- Lead stakeholders in best practice assessment and selection approaches in line with global policies
- Partner with sourcing and candidate engagement teams to present effective, high-quality shortlists
- Manage key supplier relationships and third-party agencies for assigned business units
- Support and deliver the Resourcing Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) recruitment strategy
- Execute commercially astute offer processes in alignment with operational policies and reward frameworks
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure market competitiveness
Requirements
- Proven specialist recruitment expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills within a customer-focused delivery model
- Proficiency with the Workday Recruitment Module
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the Financial Services industry
