About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, CV databases, and specialized networks
- Implement search strategies tailored to technical profiles in aeronautics and engineering
- Directly approach candidates through engaging outreach messages and pre-qualification calls
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to analyze needs and organize interviews
- Manage and track candidate applications within the ATS
- Monitor sourcing KPIs such as response rates and profile quality
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pool development
Requirements
- Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Human Resources, Business School, or University
- Strong interest in sourcing, headhunting, and technical environments
- Proficiency with digital recruitment tools including LinkedIn and ATS
- Excellent written communication skills for candidate outreach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and a desire to learn the full recruitment lifecycle
