Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare shifts to nannies
- Support and accompany nannies throughout their service duration
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified bilingual nannies
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (preferred)
- Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, animation, or nursery settings)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial drive
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Positive attitude and team spirit
