Kinougarde is a leader in home childcare, present in Ile de France and major provincial cities. Our agency network continues to expand, providing high-quality English-speaking childcare solutions to parents and nannies.
Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare placements
- Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
- Develop and maintain a pool of bilingual nannies
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (ideal)
- Experience working with children (animation, nursery, etc.)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial mindset
- Proficiency with IT tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in early childhood sectors
- Experience in childcare animation or nursery environments
