Responsibilities

• Pre-select candidates via telephone
• Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
• Assign childcare placements
• Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified nannies

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French
• Bac +2 degree
• Experience in recruitment (preferred)
• Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, animation, or nursery settings)
• Strong telephone skills and commercial mindset
• Proficiency with IT tools
