Responsibilities

• Pre-select candidates via telephone
• Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
• Assign childcare placements
• Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified childcare providers

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree
• Ideally experienced in recruitment
• Experience working with children (early childhood animation, nursery work, etc.)
• Strong telephone skills and commercial drive
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Positive attitude and team spirit
