Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare services to nannies
- Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified nannies
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Ideally previous experience in recruitment
- Experience working with children (early childhood animation, nursery work, etc.)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial mindset
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Positive attitude and team spirit
