About the role
Responsibilities
- Preselect candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare services to families
- Support nannies throughout their service duration
- Develop and maintain a pool of bilingual nannies
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (preferred)
- Experience working with children (animation, nursery, etc.)
- Strong telephone presence and commercial drive
- Proficiency with IT tools
